Oetang/Foreskin-Piercing

The Oetang piercing can only be carried out on an uncircumcised man given that it is done through the foreskin.

The piercing can be placed according to the wishes of the customer, preferably nearer the front edge of the foreskin.

Many customers choose to get (several) pairs of opposing piercings, each pair linked by a barbell or a ball closure ring, so that the foreskin is held together over the glans and tucked back, as in a phimose.

Supposedly this variation was used by the ancient Romans as a chastity lock, and is today used in BDSM circles. Personal hygiene, however, should not be neglected in the process.

Piercing procedure:

The Oetang is generally carried out through the foreskin with a 1.6mm perforation. The customer can choose the location himself. Naturally it isn’t the entire foreskin that is perforated, otherwise it would prevent the penis from becoming erect. Only a specific fold of the foreskin is pierced.

Depending on the wishes of the customer, several Oetang piercings can be carried out and combined.

During an erection, the foreskin will be drawn back as usual, and the piercing will be at the height of the ridge of the glans.

Healing:

The Oetang is executed through the foreskin, therefore it heals quickly, generally within 6-10 weeks.

Genital piercings can take between 2 weeks and 6 months to heal completely, rarely longer. Like other external piercings, in the first three weeks it should be cleaned with ProntoLind spray twice a day, and then coated with ProntoLind gel. It is important to wash your hands before touching the pierced area and the jewelry itself. By caring for the piercing in the correct manner and with the proper materials, you will rarely have to deal with cases of proud flesh.

In the first few days following the procedure, we recommend that you abstain from sexual intercourse, and wear a condom when resuming normal sexual activities.

Using urine helps the wound heal considerably more quickly.

Jewelry:

We can use a straight or a slightly curved piece of jewelry in this case, depending on the customer’s taste.

Initially, we recommend using a 1.6mm piece of jewelry.

Stimulation:

Thanks to its rubbing action, this piercing is very stimulating to the glans.

The partner will also feel the movement of the rings and equally benefit during sexual intercourse.
