Although it is possible to pierce the man’s scrotum, the jewelry cannot be worn long-term.

There are many images which may lead one to believe that it is the testicles that are being pierced, but this is very rarely the case. The testicles can only be temporarily pierced, as is sometimes done in a single SM scene.

We do not advise this over the long term, since it can lead to pain and infection.
